Knock down rebuild

One of our Templestowe Lower projects was on a large slope so we decided to do a raft slab on this one. The concrete needed to be pumped down the slope so here it is getting ready to pour some footings.

Many clients are requesting exposed aggregate driveways when they do a knock down new build. Here is an example of a driveway with just one of the colours available to choose from.  Costs are around $42 m/2 over the standard coloured concrete driveway cost.

Access issues at many knock down rebuild sites are often a problem faced by builders. In this particular case, overhead wiring was directly where we needed to get our concrete pumped from, so we decided to use a line pump in lieu of the often used boom crane pump.
