Land is not cheap so why not install a basement for better use of your property. A great way of forming a basement is to use the Dimcel system which are a preform plastic module that are placed in position, braced with steel reinforcement, then concrete poured inside them.

The beams are all complete on this job and its ready for an inspection. We can then place the flooring and start the walls.
