On a recent visit to the Technika showroom, I was very impressed with the many new additions to their already wide range of cooking appliances. Technika have in their vast range a great mix of .600mm, .750mm and .900mm wide model ovens with upright and insert options.

Stockland at Mernda Villages have cleverly used a giant concrete snake to retain its parks landscaped areas. The snake is around 40 metres in length and greets you on entry to the park.  This is just another great example of the imagination used in master planned communities that Stockland create. I was with some clients last weekend and they were amazed by the waterways and parklands at Eucalypt. It's easy to feel that you are not in a residential estate with the amount of open space that abounds Eucalypt. You have hills at one end of the state and the rest have green fields and parkland everywhere. There are very few estates around where you can get out and kick a ball around or play cricket.
